Holi [ a festival of colours

Dear friends,

Another blog for holi.Holi is a festival of colours.You can even use a Water gun /Water balloons or a Pichkaari filled with water.So now I am going to tell you what happened with me on Holi.

It was a fun-filled day.I and my friends were really excited but,we where scared because we could even get hurt from the water balloons.But still we enjoyed a lot. Before holi,was my school assembly. I got the role of a narrator. The Legend of  Prahalad and Holika. My friend Sana got the role of holika, 1 boy named Yuvraj got the role of Prahalad. An other boy named Kausthub got the role of Hiranyakashyap.So now i am going to tell you what i said.


To get rid of his son,Hiranyakashyap asked Holika to enter a blazing fire with Prahalad in her lap. Legend has it that Prahalad was saved for his extreme devotion for the lord ,while Holika was burned to her death. Holi signifies the triumph of good over evil and the power of devotion
